How can I request a quote?

To provide an accurate quote, we like to visit your property and see the area in person. Please head to to the top of this Contact page and send us a message to schedule a consultation—this way we can give you the best estimate for your home care or landscaping needs.

What are your Detailing rates?

• Light Detailing: $45/hr. (Vacuum, dust mop, wiping surfaces, etc. 2-hour minimum)

• Medium Detailing: $55/hr.

  (includes ovens, dishes, showers/tubs etc.)

• Deep Detailing: $65/hr. (includes steam cleaning, ovens, curtains, heavily soiled areas.

Pricing is hourly and straightforward, with the final cost depending on the services requested and the size of your home. I charge for distances over 20 KM at a rate of $0.95/KM.

NOTE: Boat and Aircraft detailing rates are customized to each project; please contact us to schedule an on-site evaluation. Short notice service is our specialty.

What are your Design rates for Landscapes & Hardscapes ?

• 2D Design: $28/hr. – basic layouts, concept sketches, and site planning.

• 3D Design: $38/hr. – photorealistic renderings, 3D walkthroughs, and detailed visualizations.

• Comprehensive Construction Plans: $50/hr. minimum – includes landscape, hardscape, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC plans. Additional fees may apply if an architect is required for building plan sets.

All rates are hourly, and the final cost depends on the complexity of the project and level of detail requested. I charge for distances over 20 KM at a rate of $0.95/KM.

What's your Landscape Installation rate?

• Hourly Labor: $35/hr. per person on site

• Travel: $0.95/km

• Materials & Equipment: All material, equipment, fees, and taxes are additional

• Deposit & Payments: 45% deposit required to start. Payment is made in 3 stages, with the final 10% due upon completion.

• Contracts: Work begins once a detailed contract is drawn up and signed.

All rates are hourly, and the final cost depends on the complexity of the project and level of detail requested.

What's your Hardscape Installation rate?

• Hourly Labor: $55/hr. per person on site

What are your Snow Removal rates?

Silver Level — Scheduled Service

• Rate: $45/hr. per person

• Description: Your property is automatically cleared after each snowfall as part of our scheduled route. Work is fast and efficient — most driveways and sidewalks are cleared in just a few minutes.

Gold Level — On-Call Service

• Rate: $55/hr. per person

• Description: Need snow removed on short notice? We’ll slot your property in as soon as possible. Perfect for clients who don’t need a recurring service but want professional results when you call.

Platinum Level — Elite Priority Service

• Rate: $65/hr. per person

• Description: Our Elite clients are serviced first on the route, every time it snows. Immediate requests, (“Can you come now?”) are also handled at this priority level, ensuring your driveway is clear before anyone else’s.

Deposits & Billing:

• Seasonal deposits may apply for Level 1 or Level 3 clients to reserve your spot.

• Payment is hourly, straightforward, and due upon completion (or as per seasonal contract).

Do you offer seasonal services?

Yes! We offer professional home and property care year-round, including Spring and Fall cleanups, Summer maintenance, and snow removal in the Winter. No matter the season, we can take care of it.

What payment methods are accepted?

Yes! We accept secure payments by E-transfer, check, or cash. Once we provide an invoice, you can pay using any of these methods before or on the due date.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured for your peace of mind.
